The HSM VK series fully automatic channel baling presses fulfil these requirements. The continuity of the production process is ensured and optimum use is made of valuable resources.
Depending on the installation situation and the material being pressed, the HSM fully automatic channel baling presses are loaded either using a wheel loader via a bevelled hopper, with a feed conveyor belt or by means of a suction system.
The highly compacted bales are strapped horizontally or vertically. Common are three-, four- or five-fold strappings with tear-resistant wire. For particularly highly compressed or expansive material, HSM optionally offers an additional cross strapping.
