HSM is positioning itself for the future with new management

The year 2021 is a very special one for HSM. 50 years ago Hermann Schwelling founded the company HSM in the workshop of his house. Since then, it has developed into a globally successful company with more than 900 employees and it is no longer possible to imagine the office and environmental technology markets without it. 

To ensure the continuation of this success story into the future, HSM has expanded its management team. The company relies on its proven strategy of handing over tasks to qualified employees for whom the wellbeing of the company and its employees is paramount.

Since January 1st 2021, two new managing directors, formerly long-standing divisional managers, have therefore been supporting Mr. Hermann Schwelling, who was the only managing director of HSM up to then.

Mr. Harald Schwelling, the son of the company founder and head of production for many years, takes over the management of the areas of technology (existing products), production, logistics and buildings. Jan-Peter Krupczynski, who has been with HSM for 15 years and who most recently headed environmental technology sales and product management, will take over the management of sales and marketing, customer services and subsidiaries.

HSM is certain that, with an expanded top management team, the company’s success and growth course of the past 50 years will continue  long into the future.
