Whilst adhering to the current Corona regulations (general distance and hygiene rules + vaccinated, recovered or tested), the seminar gave the guests - who came from all over Germany - the chance to get the latest information on corporate data protection. Practical application examples included those on the DIN-Standard 66399 regarding data media destruction. On a visit to the HSM Showroom, the seminar participants were able to test the document shredders themselves using the wide range of HSM products available.
They all particularly enjoyed a tour of the HSM manufacturing plants in Salem and Frickingen. They were able to gain detailed insights into the HSM procedures and production processes and see the HSM manufacturing depth for themselves - and also understand just how important the subject of “Made in Germany“ sustainability is to HSM.
The event was rounded off with a varied evening programme in the attractive Lake Constance region.
The next Data Protection Seminar will take place in the coming year. Further information is available at www.hsm.eu/academy
