We take the word “service” seriously – with total commitment and the joy of engaging with our customers. Not only is this the case at our head office in Germany but also worldwide and in all aspects of the service, before, during and after your purchase of HSM products.

Approximately 74 fully trained and experienced HSM service technicians are available to service or repair the devices in situ, while 30 HSM service technicians are on hand to assist with your service questions in-house. The HSM Academy offers training courses for customers, service technicians and trade partners from all over the world, providing theory and practice sessions to successfully serve over 100 countries and thousands of customers.
