HSM is located in the Lake Constance region and manufactures document shredders and cutting machines. In the past year, HSM was able to significantly improve its market position once again. Paperworld in Frankfurt is still the most important event in the industry for HSM. It not only provides HSM with a forum to present itself, not least because of the larger exhibition stand, but it is also able to present its new products (hall 3.0, stand D85).

At the last Paperworld exhibition, HSM presented three new models in the SECURIO document shredder range. The B24, B32 and B34 models belong to the Business & Office class. The SECURIO B22 now adds to the range, which HSM will be presenting at the next Paperworld. The compact and modern document shredder fits perfectly into the home office or small office and is equipped with ZES (zero energy standby), which means zero consumption in standby mode. It has a container/collection volume of 33 litres and is available in four different cutting sizes.
At this year's Paperworld, HSM is presenting a brand new SECURIO campaign for dealers. The dealers will be provided with everything they need for marketing the document shredder. From pre-written e-mails, which can be sent to the customer as they are, Internet banners, which can be added to the dealer's own website via html-Link http://online-marketing.securio.com, as well as some fantastic gifts to give away, such as mouse pads, DVDs, USB sticks, etc which can be ordered at HSM directly. And as if that is not enough, the dealers will receive a certain number of points for every SECURIO B24, B32 and B34 ordered, which can be converted into some valuable prizes at the end of the campaign, such as an Apple iPod Nano.

HSM will also present the new Digital Shredder. The Digital Shredder is a portable multi-purpose IT device for completely deleting all data stored on a hard disc. Data stored on the disc is destroyed in such a way that retrieving it becomes impossible, even using forensic methods.
Nearly everywhere nowadays, companies and public services work with computers which often have highly confidential information on the hard disc, including personal data, research and development data and corporate strategies, etc. The dangers of careless handling of such data involve the same risks as storing data on paper which is not destroyed with a paper shredder, e.g.: criminal or civil proceedings, loss of income and a damaged public reputation. Deleting hard discs becomes necessary when old PCs, laptops, copiers, printers and faxes, etc, are being replaced, returned to a leasing company or during a change of location within the company. Operating could not be simpler. Connect the hard disc to be deleted to the adapter plug and then insert it in the drive. You can also reformat the hard disc once it has been deleted, then it can be used again immediately. Up to three hard discs can be deleted in this way at one time. The digital shredder is very user-friendly and takes up little space, as it requires almost no peripherals. There is touch screen menu navigation.
