2006-04-04 - HSM with highlights at the IPEX in Birmingham
In hall 2, at stand C30, HSM Pressen GmbH + Co. KG, the manufacturer of baling presses and system solutions based in Salem, Germany, will be presenting its V-Press Line and other products.
What stands out most is their excellent value for money. The new developments are based on the technical experience of many decades of manufacturing presses – made in Germany.
To optimise pressing and compensate for or prevent uneven filling, the machines of the V-Press Line are the first HSM machines with an inclination monitoring system for the press ram, known as the Torsion Control System (TCS). HSM placed great emphasis on developing a simple working unit. Innovation solutions were found for all elements essential for operator safety. The automatic start when the door closes means that the pressing process is fully automatic.
The press is supplied as standard with a quadruple wire and strap system, allowing the customer maximum flexibility in choosing the strapping method.
Every model of the V-Press Line will be, in addition to the eco-version, double door with handwheel door lock, available in a plus-version, sliding door with handwheel door lock, and a max-version, sliding door with hydraulic door lock and an additional covering.

Disposing of all data media securely and economically - this is the job for the combined shredder press machine. Although they take up only a minimum of space, HSM machines are complete disposal stations that destroy data reliably and compress the waste material into compact bales.
HSM combined shredder press machines are the ideal, future-oriented solutions for large quantities of paper, complete files, folders and waste packaging material.
At the HSM SP 5088, the extremely high performance conveyor belt document shredder HSM FA 500.2, was combined with the channel press HSM KP 88.1. The material intake take place via large loading table and electric conveyor belt.
A keypad control for constant operation and reverse as well as automatic reverse in the event of a paper jam, care for highest possible operational ease. The length of the bales can be set variably, the maximum bale-size, with a pressing power of 85 kN, is 500 x 500 x max. 950 mm.
