The newest baling press of the vertical series is the HSM V-Press 504 with a pressing power of 40 kN. This baling press is versatile due to its compact and sturdy design as well as its small footprint. Packaging is indispensable for gentle transportation of goods, but it can become a problem if it piles up and obstructs valuable storage space.
This entry-level model enables cost-efficient disposal of packaging waste like cardboard and foil. HSM TCS (Torsion Control System) ensures the angle of the press ram is monitored continuously in all directions. This prevents one-sided overloads, optimises the pressing process and assures a long service life as well as a high degree of process reliability. The machine is controlled and operated using a modern microprocessor controller and a convenient key pad with a graphical text display that displays the actual state of the machine at any given time. The small powerhouse produces up to six bails per hour with a maximum weight of up to 50 kg depending on the compressed material. After being wrapped twice with polyester strapping, the bails are removed from the press and taken away using a bale removal trolley.
The HSM V-Press 504 also features a low-maintenance and reliable hydraulic system and is available with the ‘eco’ configuration – double door with knee lever.
