Ground-breaking for new HSM administration building in Frickingen
12.08.2008 - 3100 square meters for up to 250 workplaces
Already at the beginning of June, the traditional turn of the spade was performed and since then work on the new HSM administration building has been in full progress. The underground car park and the first floor are already standing.
Actually it is already the second turn of the spade that the builders have performed. Since the building permit was already available, part of the building excavation for the administration building had already been performed with bucket excavators. Despite this the builders then took the spade to perform the symbolic act of the "first turn of the spade".
The planned three-storey building has an underground car park with approximately 50 parking lots. "Our company has a strong organic growth. Five to ten percent per year; we therefore need these reserves", emphasizes company founder Hermann Schwelling.
Mayor Joachim Böttinger appreciates the company extension at the existing operating facility. "This is a tranquil location in a peaceful area. I hope you will enjoy the nice view also for your creativity", says Mayor Böttinger to HSM. The representatives of the building companies also picked up the spades and symbolically excavated the soil.
The administration building is planned to be ready to move in by April next year.
